چکیده
Background: Premature ovarian aging as evidenced by AMH levels less than 0.5 ng/ml is predictive of reduced success in management infertility. The most effective treatment vitro fertilization which not affordable or acceptable to our patients with low socioeconomic background. Intra-ovarian injection autologous platelet rich plasma (PRP) improves the reserve markers but it remains be seen whether pregnancy rate. Methods: This was a prospective study 29 poor (age between 30-40 years, AMH<0.5 ng/ml), AFC<4 both ovaries) who received intra plasma. were followed up for one year and data collected about clinically relevant outcomes like pregnancy. Results: Four women (13.8%) had pregnancy, 3 spontaneous following stimulation intrauterine insemination. All diagnosed clinical two live birth. Conclusions: Given 13.8% rate within we can speculate that PRP may reasonable alternative diminished reserve.

Ovarian aging and premature ovarian failure.
Physiological reproductive aging occurs as a result of a decrease in the number and quality of oocytes in ovarian cortex follicles. Although the reason for the decrease in the quality of the pool and follicular oocytes is not fully understood, endocrine, paracrine, genetic, and metabolic factors are thought to be effective. Nowadays, in order to understand the mechanisms of ovarian aging, genom...

Ovaries are the female organs that age more quickly than other tissues such as the uterus, the pituitary gland or pancreas. Different from males, an interesting question is why and how the females lose fertility so rapidly. During the aging process, both the number and quality of the oocytes in the ovaries decrease and reach to a point beyond that no more viable offspring may be produced and th...

Variability in the subfertile patient population excludes the possibility of a single approach to controlled ovarian stimulation (COS) covering all the requirements of a patient. Modern medical science has made great advances in the understanding and the development of new drugs, treatment options and quantitative methods that can identify single patient characteristics. Factors that reduce fol...
متن کاملThe Presence of Anti Thyroid and Anti Ovarian Auto-Antibodies in Familial Premature Ovarian Failure
Background Premature ovarian failure (POF) is a disorder of multi causal etiology. Autoimmunity has been proposed as a mechanism for some cases of ovarian follicle dysfunction which is evident in POF. The aim of this study was to identify the level of auto-antibodies in POF and familial POF patients. MaterialsAndMethods In this study, auto-antibodies including anti-ovarian antibody (AOA), anti ...
